Human Centered Design for Students

This practical course guides trainees through a four-step process for designing breakthrough ideas. The training allows students to learn about how to come up with new ideas as well as to empathize with potential customers. This creative approach to problem-solving will challenge students to get out into the real world and test ideas to arrive at exciting, unexpected solutions tailored to the needs of the people they serve.

Human Centered Training for Teachers

Our training program for teachers on human-centered design equips educators with the skills and knowledge to teach innovation in the leather market. The program combines theoretical and practical components with hands-on learning and collaboration. Through workshops and group activities, teachers will learn about industry trends, design thinking methodologies, and techniques to foster creativity and problem-solving in their students. The program also addresses the importance of curriculum and teaching methods in promoting innovation and creativity in the classroom.

Adobe Creative Suite for Trainers

As teachers in the leather industry, it is essential to have the knowledge and skills to effectively bring designs and ideas to life. Our training program for Adobe Creative Suite equips teachers with the tools and techniques necessary to use photoshop and Illustrator for prototyping, branding, and promoting leather products. By mastering these software programs, teachers will be able to effectively guide their students in the human-centered design process and ensure that their ideas come to life in the most visually appealing and impactful way.

Experience

One major aspect of the training program for women in pattern making, prototyping and quality leather production is the focus on hands-on, practical experience. Trainees are taught the latest techniques and technologies used in the leather industry through a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training. They learn how to create patterns, design prototypes, and produce high-quality leather goods. The program also places a strong emphasis on quality control, as trainees are taught how to inspect and test leather products to ensure they meet industry standards.

Employability Skills Training

Our employability skills training focuses on developing soft skills such as CV writing, interview techniques, and basic workplace communication. These skills will not only increase the chances of securing a job but also allow for an easier transition from student to employee, business owner or entrepreneur.

Field Visit

Our training program includes visits to various private leather production agencies to give students firsthand understanding of the industry, its challenges, and the application of design thinking and innovation in real-world settings. The visits provide an opportunity for students to interact with company employees and gain unique perspectives on the industry, allowing them to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the industry and the role of design and innovation in it.
